Flagbearer of the NDC John Dramani Mahama, has alleged that the much-disputed Agyapadie document is a blueprint for state capture by the Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo-led government. The Agyapadie document allegedly details an elaborate plan of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to seize state assets.
