They have now opened their ten-bedroom home to fans for the fifth series.
Tonight’s episode saw second eldest child Sophie open up about hitting rock bottom.
The mum-of-three revealed how becoming a mother has changed her life, and not for the better.
“Usually people in their twenties are out partying, but my twenties were very different, I had three kids, all within a year between them,” she explained.
“It’s hard going, it’s definitely hard going. It’s the same routine everyday, it’s so full on, all the time.”
Her feelings came to a during a girl’s trip away with her family to celebrate her birthday.
Sophie walked out of the room in tears, explaining how her relationship with her husband, Joseph Broadley, has also been impacted massively.
She added that she misses her life and body from before motherhood,
Channel 5 viewers were quick to comment on her breakdown, with one asking: “Why is Sophie Radford moaning? Sounds like a pretty normal life to me, shouldn’t have had three kids then should she?”
“And why is it up to the parents to sort it out? She’s a grown woman not a child.”
Other viewers agreed, with one revealing the reason why it’s hard to have sympathy for Sophie.
“Oh for God’s sake, are we supposed to be feeling sorry for someone who had kids, got given a council house and is still taken on holiday by her mummy and daddy every year?” they wrote.
“Sophie Radford is really hamming up the low mood isn’t she?” said another person.
“Looking at her Instagram page, she’s an exhibitionist so clearly all put on for the cameras.”
