The Joint Board of the Fulton, Henry, and Lucas County Commissioners voted Tuesday to recess until July 15 the final hearing of a joint-county ditch petition to allow for maintenance of Swan Creek and some of its tributaries and to exclude Fulton and Henry counties from the petition.
