Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd issued new equity shares following its demerger from Radha Raman Dev Ventures. Approved by NCLT, 1 share was allotted for every 50 held, resulting in 7,09,698 new shares and raising the total to 3,61,94,573. The company plans to develop a mixed-use project in Wadala, Mumbai.
