Hockey India Secretary General Bhola Nath Singh announced that PR Sreejesh will become the head coach of the Junior India Hockey team after the Indian men's hockey team won the bronze medal at the Paris Olympics. The Indian team secured the medals with a 2-1 win over Spain, marking the first consecutive bronze medal for the country in 52 years since the 1972 Munich Games.
