MCG decided to hire four private agencies for the maintenance of streetlights in Gurgaon, as existing contracts expire on October 31. This project, estimated at Rs 13.7 crore, spans two years. New agencies will start operations from November 1 to ensure residents face no issues, following previous contract disputes and penalties.
