Residents can contact specific numbers to report issues and share multimedia evidence to expedite resolution. Reports can also be made via the GMDA portal, which recently enhanced its complaint handling system by integrating various channels, including social media, for improved citizen engagement. Additionally, a dedicated WhatsApp number has been launched for residents to report concerns like water supply, drainage, sewerage, and road conditions, aiming for more effective grievance redressal during the monsoon season.
