The enforcement wing of GMDA conducted a two-day demolition drive, removing illegal structures and encroachments along green belts and master roads near Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) in Gurgaon. The drive, which covered a 3.7-km stretch, led to the removal of 48 shanties, 14 vendors, 25 plant nurseries, 3 shops, 42 temporary shops, 7 building material shops, and 5 car workshops. Additionally, eight unauthorized accesses created by car showrooms and repair shops on the main road were blocked. This action targeted unlicensed vendors and illegal setups operating without the Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon's permission.
