Property Share received SEBI's first Small and Medium Real Estate Investment Trust (SM REIT) license, enabling it to manage its fractional ownership platform under Property Share Investment Trust. The firm aims to file for its initial SM REIT scheme for a Rs 330 crore fully-leased commercial property in Bengaluru. The asset's annual yield is 9%.
