‘Even better than the original’ Aldi shoppers say as they rave about new ‘fantastic’ red wine & it’s only £5.99
ALDI shoppers are raving about a new wine that not only tastes ‘fantastic’ but is super affordable too.
So if you’re a fan of red wine and are searching for a tipple to tuck into this weekend, then look no further.
And fear not, if you’re on a budget but don’t want to scrimp on the quality of your booze, then you’ll be thrilled when you check this out.
One bargain hunter named Louise Mars nabbed a bottle of the Buenas Vides Jammy Argentina Red from Aldi, and took to social media to show it off with others, leaving many open-mouthed.
Posting on Aldi UK Shoppers, a private Facebook group with 296,000 members, Louise shared a snap of her purchase and wrote: “Been meaning to try this for a while.”
She then asked wine fans: “Is it just as good as the real version?”
The limited edition Malbec wine, which is from Argentina, looks strikingly similar to the iconic Jam Shed Shiraz red wine.
You can buy the iconic Jam Shed wine from many supermarkets, including Asda, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose.
But whilst this Aldi buy is £5.99 for a 75cl bottle, the popular Jam Shed wine is £7.99 from Waitrose – £2.99 more than this brilliant dupe buy.
So if you fancy saving yourself some cash on your next booze buy, you’ll need to get your hands on this fantastic dupe-inspired product.
Social media users were keen to take to the comments to rave about this epic cheap buy.
Not only did many praise the taste, but others hailed it as better than the original Jam Shed wine.
One person said: “It’s gorgeous.”
Another added: “Yes, even better than the original I think.”
