Some St. Landry Parish customers to have water shut off for repairs Saturday morning

OPELOUSAS, La. (KLFY) -- Customers of Plaisance Water System in Opelousas will be without running water for a time Saturday morning, authorities said.
The utility has announced an system-wide outage to help crews complete repairs on La. 182, officials said. The water will be shut off from 7-11 a.m. Saturday.
The system is already under a boil advisory, which remains in place until further notice.
