Thousands lose power amid Capital Region outages
CAPITAL REGION, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Thousands of people lost power on Friday across the Capital Region, according to National Grid and Central Hudson's outage maps. The outages are attributed to storm conditions throughout the area.
