Me and my dad had to move seats this season. Can someone explain where the hospitality area now is?

We were moved from block 29. I see some families there today and empty seats? I pretty sure those families would not be paying hospitality prices.

We were told that no seats were available in club class, and yet they are empty?

Tbh I’m a bit hacked off.
