Mobile phone companies in India have failed to eliminate the need for cloud-based communication services despite offering messaging and calling services at reduced prices. Laurinda Y Pang, CEO of Sinch, stated that telecoms do not possess the necessary sales capabilities to effectively deliver CPaaS solutions, leading to unsuccessful market disruptions.
