Quinn: counties struggling to peak for Tailteann Cup

Mickey Quinn thinks many lower-ranked teams are finding it difficult to motivate themselves for the Tailteann Cup because of the effort they're putting into the Allianz League and the long wait to the second-tier championship thereafter.
