Teen arrested for allegedly fatally shooting 52-year-old: NYPD
BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) -- A 15-year-old was arrested in connection to a fatal shooting on Wednesday afternoon, according to the NYPD.
The shooting happened at around 3:40 p.m. at a residence on Monroe Street.
Police say they were responding to a 911 call about an assault in progress when they located 54-year-old Darryl McMillan with a gunshot wound to the chest.
Emergency services transported the victim to NYC Health and Hospitals/Kings County where he passed away, police said.
The teenager was arrested at 2 p.m. on Thursday. He is facing murder and criminal possession of a weapon charges, police said.
