2001 Vanguard Laser Help

I was lucky to find a 2001 Vanguard Laser in great condition, from the original owner, with all of the original paperwork and owners manual etc. The boat has not been in the water for quite some time as the owner is a long-time Knarr sailor and the laser was just a side thing until he moved further inland.
