The Israeli military stated that its fighter jets had destroyed thousands of Hezbollah rocket launchers, some aimed at northern and central Israel. "We were able to thwart a big part of it this morning," said Israeli military spokesman Nadav Shoshani, describing the attack as part of a larger, planned operation by Hezbollah.
