The Pakistan Billiards and Snooker Association filed a complaint after their squad was denied visas by the Indian High Commission for the IBSF World Championships in Bengaluru. Despite timely applications and government approvals, three players and a referee could not participate. The issue has been raised with the international and Indian snooker bodies.
