Pressure mounts on Rachel Reeves to justify ‘terrible blunder’ that’ll cause untold misery

The Treasury and Department for Work and Pensions have been asked to reveal the impact assessment behind the decision to deny 10 million OAPs a cold weather payment this year, but both have refused to say whether one exists. But regulations tabled before Parliament state one 'has not been produced'.
