A senior political lecturer at the University of Ghana, Professor Ransford Gyampo, has described the New Patriotic Party 39;s (NPP) claim of fulfilling 80% of its manifesto promises as disingenuous and an unnecessary insult to the mood and sensibilities of the Ghanaian people.
