U.S. offers $2.5M for arrest, conviction of Belarusian malware suspect

The U.S. government is offering up to $2.5 million for information leading to arrest and/or conviction of Volodymyr Kadariya, a 38-year-old Belarusian citizen wanted for his alleged participation in malware operation.
