Red Lobster restaurant in NYC set to close: Here's where
NEW YORK (PIX11) – You might want to stock up on your cheddar bay biscuits from Red Lobster.
Another 23 locations, including one in New York City, are set to shutter by Aug. 31. More than 100 Red Lobster restaurants have shut down since the company filed for bankruptcy in May.
The Red Lobster that will close in the Big Apple is located at 925 Hunts Point Ave. in the Bronx.
The closings are part of a reorganizational effort that includes bringing in a new CEO. Debt issues and inflation are most likely to be blamed for these closures.
There are still about 500 Red Lobster locations across the U.S.
