On Tuesday, General Li Qiaoming, Commander of the Ground Forces of the People’s Liberation Army of China, was awarded Pakistan's Nishan-e-Imtiaz for his significant contributions to strengthening military ties between China and Pakistan. At a ceremony attended by Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Army Chief General Asim Munir, General Li was praised for his four-decade career and dedication to maintaining regional peace and stability. During his visit, General Li and Sharif discussed deepening their defense partnership and enhancing bilateral cooperation.
