Flagbearer for the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama has hit back at his main contender, the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, stating that Ghana needs a licensed driver to take over the vehicle.
