On Tuesday (August 27), it was announced that the 34-year-old Uncut Gems actress will be starring alongside Ashley Moore and Micaela Wittman in the upcoming LGBTQ romantic drama Perfect from director Millicent Hailes, who will be making her feature directorial debut.

Fox will play a wealthy pregnant woman who is living out an escapist fantasy as she falls in love with a younger woman (Moore). Their sudden relationship is complicated by an upcoming birth, turbulent social events and clashing values about the world’s uncertain future,” according to Variety.
Micaela will be playing a town local who guides Ashley‘s character “through the obstacles that arise during her fractured romantic experience” with Julia.
Lio Mehiel and Debi Mazar are also in talks to join the cast.
Production for Perfect is scheduled to begin next month.
