A TRAVELLER has shared the controversial cleaning technique she swears by.
The woman explained that she uses the same household product to clean her entire home despite some people calling it “unhealthy.”
In her viral video, TikTok user Bridgey (@bridgey.barbara) revealed that bleach is one of the only products in her cleaning caddy.
“I use bleach on absolutely everything,” she told her followers.
Bridgey broke down all the areas of her home she uses the product to clean.
“I’ll wash up my cups and plates with bleach, I’ll wash my floor with bleach, I’ll even put bleach in with my bedding and towels when I’m washing them,” she said.
While the chemical comes with significant warnings about usage, Bridgey recommended using it.
She described her home as being “clinically clean” thanks to the product.
Government warnings recommend diluting bleach by adding a small amount to cool water.
This action helps to reduce vapours, making the toxic fumes less concentrated.
You should also still ventilate the area when using bleach and avoid inhaling it.
Do not mix bleach with other chemicals and always wear gloves and eye protection.
The bottle or container should be labelled, dated, and capped.
Experts recommended always cleaning surfaces prior to disinfecting to avoid accidentally mixing chemicals.

“I stopped using bleach when I learned that bleach only kills bacteria but doesn’t clean anything, and generally how toxic it actually is,” wrote one viewer.
