Horror update after mum 'stabbed in front of child' at Notting Hill carnival

Westminster Magistrates' Court was told the victim Cher Maximen had attended Notting Hill Carnival with her three-year-old daughter and other family and friends on Sunday and was stabbed in the groin in broad daylight.
