Researchers from IIT Guwahati and ISRO have discovered surprisingly low polarization in X-rays emitted by the Galactic Ultraluminous Pulsar Swift J0243.6+6124. This finding challenges existing theories about neutron stars in binary systems and their magnetic fields.
