Mpox: A’Ibom confirms four cases, Ogun probes 151

Nigeria’s Monkeypox cases are on the rise, with Akwa Ibom State reporting on Wednesday that it had recorded four confirmed cases. Meanwhile, Ogun State recorded 151 suspected cases, but none were confirmed positive, with 53 turning out to be Chickenpox. The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control and Prevention, on August 23, 2024, reported that Nigeria
