A sessions court in Gurgaon sentenced Chotelal from Bihar to 20 years in prison for committing an obscene act with a three-year-old girl in 2020. The court, based on evidence and witness testimonies, found him guilty under the Pocso Act. A fine of Rs 40,000 was also imposed as a part of the judgment.
