The Election Commission has notified the filing of nomination papers for the second phase of elections in Jammu and Kashmir, starting from September 25. The last date to file nominations is September 5, with scrutiny on September 6. Voting will take place from 7.00 A.M. to 06.00 P.M., and counting will be on October 4.
