Realty developer Trehan Iris is partnering with Courtyard by Marriott to bring a Marriott hotel to Noida for the first time. The hotel, which will be part of the Iris Broadway, Greno West development, will feature 135 rooms and banquet facilities for over 2000 people. It is expected to open in 2027.
