Fire on Sunset Avenue in Albany
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Albany Fire Department responded to a fire Thursday morning after receiving reports of one on Sunset Avenue in Albany at 6:17 a.m. The Albany Fire Chief reported that the fire was controlled at 6:45 a.m.
The building, located at 1 Sunset Avenue, was a two-story, two-unit building that was under renovation and was vacant at the time of the fire. The fire department says the fire was coming from the rear of the building.
No injuries were reported. Crews are still working to find the cause of the fire.
