Man, 76, hit in head with scooter in Brooklyn subway station: NYPD
BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, Brooklyn (PIX11) --- A 76-year-old man was punched, kicked, and hit in the head with a scooter while sitting on a bench in a Brooklyn subway station on Monday, police said.
A group of five girls attacked the victim on the platform of the Rockaway Avenue subway station in Bedford-Stuyvesant at around 2:10 a.m., according to the NYPD. The suspects punched and kicked the man in the head before one of them hit him with a scooter, police said.
The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment for unknown injuries.
The group left the subway station after the incident, police said. There have been no arrests.
