134 roads, including National Highway 5, were closed in Himachal Pradesh due to rains, with warnings of flash floods in parts of the state. 132 power and 54 water supply schemes have been disrupted. The state has already suffered significant losses and reported multiple fatalities due to rain-related incidents this year.
