Fudgee Barr celebrates 20 years of #ObarrSaSaya with a bang

It’s no wonder how biting into Fudgee Barr’s sweet and moist cake could take us to our funny and silly childhood memories, it’s been here with us for two decades! From being a childhood baon staple to a sweet gesture for your crush. Fudgee Barr never fails to bring smiles to Filipinos’ faces throughout the years. And what better way to celebrate its 20th year than to give back and spread happiness?

That’s what Fudgee Barr did as it marked its 20th year anniversary. Starting with ‘Kwentong Fudgee,’ a series of commercials that tapped into the statement, ‘Hindi kumpleto ang childhood mo kung…’, taking the viewers on a quick trip down memory lane. From singing in front of an electric fan to playing ghost hunting with friends from the neighborhood, the short clips reminded us of the most mundane yet memorable moments of our lives as kids.

Fudgee Barr also introduced new flavors with a bit of Korean flair. Through the Fudgee Bang campaign, the snack brand teamed up with its endorser, Pambansang Oppa Ryan Bang, to give its delicious bars a Korean twist.

The limited-edition flavors included Citron Tea, a cake inspired by the sweet and citrusy Korean tea; the tangy and creamy Blueberry Yogurt; and a treat for coffee lovers – the Dalgona Coffee.

As Fudgee Barr wrapped up its 20th-year celebration with a bang, the Fudgee Barr team spent an awesome day with the kids at Hospicio de San Jose and White Cross Orphanage. Its ambassador Ryan Bang lit up the kids’ faces with joy as he hosted games and handed out bags filled with goodies. Small appliances were also donated by the Fudgee Barr team. It is indeed, a fun and heartwarming way to end their anniversary celebrations!
