Mustapha Gbande, Deputy General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), has vowed to take action against the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), Chairman Wontumi if the NDC wins the upcoming elections.
