PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A Vancouver man was assaulted with a golf club early Friday morning, authorities said.
According to the Clark County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to a home on Northwest Division Street just before 1 a.m. where a man said he had been attacked by a family member that he believed was his uncle.
The victim said that the man showed up at the house unannounced and then hit him several times with a golf club, which caused multiple lacerations to the victim's head and face.
The suspect left the scene in a newer grey Merdeces-Benz which authorities believe was a rental car.
