With about 80% of road crashes in South Africa caused by human error, fleet camera provider Optix, aims to facilitate, monitor and maintain positive human behaviour shifts geared towards safer driving through its Safe&Sound solutions set, said Safe&Sound executive Inge-Marie Hilligan. Speaking at the Optix Future Vision Conference on August 28, Hilligan discussed some of Safe&Sound’s key solutions, such as its Empower Me and Recruit Me platforms.
