Mumbai Road Rage: Man Assaults Ola Driver, Bodyslams Him On Road After Cab Brushes His Audi | WATCH

Mumbai Road Rage: A man driving an Audi assaulted a 24-year-old Ola driver and body-slammed him on the paved road after the latter’s cab lightly brushed the man’s luxury car in Mumbai’s Ghatkopar area.

The entire episode was captured on CCTV camera installed in the area and showed the attacker coming out of his luxury car and slapping the cab driver after his car bumped into the Audi. The Audi driver, later identified as Rishabh Bibhas Chakraborty, then lifted the cabbie and body-slammed to the ground, causing severe injuries to the victim.

According to the police, the incident took place at around midnight on August 19 near main gate of Wadhwa The Address, a posh housing society on LBS Road near the R City Mall in Ghatkopar West, Mumbai.

A police official said the Ola driver sustained severe injuries and lost consciousness due the assault and was admitted to the JJ Hospital for treatment, adding that his statement has been recorded and a case registered against Chakraborty and his wife Antara Ghosh.

Further investigation in the case is underway, the police said.
