Belarus’ consul general reflects on ties with Ho Chi Minh City

In March 2022, the Consulate General of the Republic of Belarus began operating in the Vietnamese Ho Chi Minh City. This has become a landmark event for the promotion of trade and economic cooperation between our country and the southern region of Vietnam.
