Governance expert Anthony Dagadu has said that the impact of smaller parties and independent aspirants in the December polls would not have any effect on the election results. He said majority of Ghanaians had already made up their minds to vote for the two major political parties ndash; the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
