Agric Ministry exaggerating dry spell to mismanage funds – Dr. Charles Nyaaba

Dr. Charles Nyaaba, former Director of the Peasant Farmers Association of Ghana, has accused the Ministry of Food and Agriculture, of exaggerating the impact of the dry spell in the northern part of the country.
