Chief Justice of India D Y Chandrachud highlighted that only 6.7 per cent of district court infrastructure is female-friendly and emphasized the need for change. He addressed the 'National Conference of the District Judiciary' and stressed on ensuring safe environments and increased accessibility measures for women and vulnerable groups in courts.
