Supreme Court rejects Biden’s appeal to lift injunction on student debt relief plan

The US Supreme Court last week rejected the Biden administration’s request to lift an injunction on its latest student debt relief plan, called “SAVE,” with the plan remaining on hold indefinitely until litigation is resolved.
