Different moments hit differently for different peeps.”
And the funny woman actually admitted that she was ‘happy’ when her daughter started last year.
She said: “I just felt quite happy when my girl started last year and like to think it cos we were both ready and up for a new bit of life.”
Last November, Ellie welcomed her second child, with her husband, the CNN reporter, Phil Black.
As well as being a regular on the BBC TV show Live at the Apollo, Ellie has brought her humour to numerous panel shows including 8 out of 10 Cats, Pointless Celebrities and Big Brothers Bit on the Side.

Although she recently admitted to The Sun that she’s yet to watch the series.
She said: “I have still got the last episode to watch.
“My husband and I have still not managed to sit down and we are like, ‘We have got to save it because it is long, we have got to not be tired and be in a good head space!’
“At some point I will find out what actually happened because I still don’t know – even though I am in the last episode – I don’t properly know what happens.”
The mother of two has also said starring on Strictly gave her confidence and allowed her to embrace her 5ft9ins frame.
She said: “I never had much physical confidence before and the way I do my stand-up is quite clownish.
“I have never held myself with any poise. To learn how to control myself or know if I am taught how to do it – it was nice to know I was in control of all my limbs for once in my life.
Ellie continued: “I think dancing live on telly for ten weeks has made me go, ‘God, if I can do that, I can do anything.’
The TV star will soon be seen on the Celebrity version of Gladiators which will air later this year.
