Omar Abdullah, while speaking to reporters here said that BJP would have a better idea of why exactly Madhav has been sent here. After the announcement of assembly elections in J&K, the BJP announced Madhav along with the Union minister G Kishan Reddy as party's election incharges for the Union Territory.
