Since when the Fish and Wildlife changed the Lobster season opening time to afternoon?

6:00 PM to be exact.

I remember it changed from mid-night to 6:00 AM on Friday, but I noticed now it is 6:00 PM.

No problem, since lobster crawl is usually after dark, but when the time change went into effect?
