Following the death of 12 candidates during an excise constable recruitment drive, the Jharkhand government is set to relax physical ability test parameters. Proposed changes include a 1.6km run in 5-6 minutes or a 5km run in 25 minutes. These adjustments will apply to future recruitments, with ongoing tests adhering to current standards.
